Like living
flame their faces seemed to glow, Their
wings were gold. And all their bodies shone
more dazzling white than any earthly show.
Dante Music is well said to be the speech
of Angels; in fact, nothing among the utterances
allowed to man, is felt to be so Divine.
It brings us near to the Infinite; we look
for moments across the cloudy elements
into the eternal light. When song leads
and inspires us. Serious nations, all nations
that can listen to the mandate of nature,
have prized song and music as a vehicle
for worship, for prophecy, and for whatsoever
in them was Divine.

The
Angel Of Mons
A fascinating
story of how British troops at the battle of Mons
1914, vastly outnumbered by German troops were protected
by Angels. In August 1914 Brigadier General John
Charteris of The British Expeditionary Force sent
home detailed letters, revealing this amazing event.
Later after the war the Brigadier General's letters
were published ,revealing this savior of British
Soldiers to the general public and allowing other
eye witnesses to come forward and disclose their
experiences.
Eye witness reports were revealed
that in a moment of hopelessness, fearing for his life
and the lives of his comrades, a British soldier, remembered
a plate he had seen in a London restaurant with a Latin
inscription.
"Adsit
Anglis Sanctus Georgius."
("May St. George Be A Help To The English".)
In sheer desperation, he cried out these
words to the heavens. From that moment Angels appeared
above the battle bathed in a shining light. They hovered
several feet from the ground in front of the British troops
protecting them from the advancing German troops, turning
the tide of the battle and as some military experts believe
, even the war.
